Condition
Technicians may find with any DTC set in the HPCM2 (Hybrid Powertrain Control
Module), the associated Freeze Frame / Failure Records will contain inaccurate data only
for the model years listed in this bulletin.
Cause
The causes of the condition may be a software anomaly in the most recent software
version has resulted in freeze frame records in the HPCM2 to become corrupted for
all DTCs.
Information
Do not use the Freeze Frame / Failure Records in GDS2 for a DTC set in the HPCM2
module when diagnosing a concern. No correction is planned for this condition as it does
not affect vehicle performance or live GDS2 data.
