Technical background
Due to the design and fitment of the rear lights in relation to the surrounding components the operative must refer to the applicable Rep.Gr to
confirm if the gap/profile of the rear lamps is to specification before conducting any adjustments or before raising a technical DISS query
In the event the gap/profile is not to specification as per Rep.Gr 94 - Rear lamps - To remove and fit The
operative must refer to the Measure section of this TPI
Or
In the event the gap/profile and alignment is to specification no further action is required, Do Not conduct any adjustments or raise
a technical DISS query in this scenario

Measure
In the event the gap/profile is not to specification (as per the applicable Rep.Gr) the operative must continue as follows:
Prior to adjustment
•
Take a clear video/photograph of the gap/profile issue(s) ensuring the actual measurements of the out of specification gap/profile is clearly
shown
•
Referring to the applicable Rep.Gr - Conduct the required adjustment of the rear lamp ensuring that once adjusted the required tolerances
have been achieved
Post adjustment
•
Take a clear video/photograph of the gap/profile
•
Raise a non-technical DISS query stating the following:
•
The gap/profile were not to specification
•
Prior and post adjustment measurements (video/photographs) have been attached to the non-technical DISS query
VERY IMPORTANT: In the event the non-technical DISS query is not submitted Warranty payment will not be approved
