The user interface of the Volvo Cars App has a new layout on Android devices. If a customer complains
of a missing climate setting button for the heated steering wheel and/or heated front seats in the Climate
view, see attachment TJ36455.jpg and follow the advice under Service.
Note! The Technical Journal is only valid for vehicles equipped with Sensus infotainment system (VCM
unit) and supporting the function. VDN RT02 HEATED STEERING WHEEL Heated steering wheel
and VDN NM02 HEATED FRONT SEATS Heated front seats. To find out if the vehicle support the
function, use the VIN number in VIDA- Vehicle details- Variant attributes or TIE- Vehicle informationVDN.

available.
It is possible to set automatic start of heated steering wheel and heated seats in the climate settings in the
vehicle Centre Stack Display.
