• DTC P0300: Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
• DTC P0301: Cyl.1 Misfire Detected
• DTC P0302: Cyl.2 Misfire Detected
• DTC P0303: Cyl.3 Misfire Detected
• DTC P0304: Cyl.4 Misfire Detected
• DTC P0305: Cyl.5 Misfire Detected
• DTC P0306: Cyl.6 Misfire Detected
Technical Background
Software calibration causes a misfire under certain running conditions using winter blend fuel (higher vapor
pressure). This condition would occur mostly during winter months.

1. If the customer’s vehicle condition matches the condition listed in the Technical Background of this PSS,
explain to the customer that a solution is expected to be available by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2023 (subject
to change) and that no repairs are necessary at this point
2. Do not replace any components for this condition since this will not resolve the customer’s concern.
3. Create a PSS record in the PSS application through the Pending Service Solutions (PSS) link in AccessAudi
(under Related Links >> Service).
