This is to no�fy you of a Pending Recall Campaign to check the par��on wall bolts on approximately 51 MY 2019-2021 Freightliner
Sprinter Vans. The recall campaign will be visible on the www.safercar.gov website and may generate ques�ons from customers. All
affected VINs will be flagged as "PENDING" in VMI and cannot be sold.

What We’re Doing
Parts
Mercedes-Benz AG ("MBAG"), the manufacturer of Freightliner Sprinter Vans, has determined that on
certain Sprinter (907 pla�orm) vehicles, the bolted connec�on of the par��on wall might not meet
specifica�ons. In this case, a deforma�on of the par��on wall under load could be possible. In
addi�on, an influence on the load securing func�on cannot be ruled out, which could increase the risk
of injury in the event of a crash.
DVUSA is conduc�ng a voluntary recall. An authorized Freightliner Sprinter dealerships will check the
par��on wall bolts on the affected vehicles and rework them, if necessary.
Parts are not yet available.
