This is to no�fy you of a Recall Campaign Launch to check the par��on wall bolts on approximately 334 MY 2019-2023 MercedesBenz Sprinter Vans. The recall campaign will be visible on the www.safercar.gov website and may generate ques�ons from customers.
All affected VINs will be flagged as "OPEN" in VMI and cannot be sold.

Parts
Mercedes-Benz AG ("MBAG"), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans, has determined that
on certain Sprinter (907 pla�orm) vehicles, the bolted connec�on of the par��on wall might not meet
specifica�ons. In this case, a deforma�on of the par��on wall under load could be possible. In
addi�on, an influence on the load securing func�on cannot be ruled out which could increase the risk
of injury in the event of a crash.
MBUSA will conduct a voluntary recall campaign. An authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership will check
the bolt connec�ons on the affected vehicles and rework them, if necessary. If a customer has already
paid to have this recall condi�on corrected, they may be eligible to receive reimbursement.
Parts are available and can be ordered as necessary.
