• Recall 60107 [USA]: This condition may cause an inadequate seal at the connection, potentially leading to a fuel leak. in the presence of an ignition source, a fire could occur.
  Certain replacement fuel filters, fram brand name p/n g3727, with date codes x52911 through x60801 sequentially or x600141 and a mexico country or origin marking on the fuel filter housing manufactured from october 18, 2005, through march 21, 2006, sold for use on the vehicles listed above and on certain school buses. As a result, the o-ring may not seat correctly on the fuel line.

• Recall 16063 [USA]: This condition can cause body to chassis movement allowing the steering shaft to separate from the steering gear which can result in a loss of steering control.
  The intermediate steering shaft loosens at the steering shaft to steering gear coupling. With this looseness, the yoke pinch bolt can wear on the splines of the shaft until there is no longer an interference between the splines and the bolt.

Takata inflators--air bag light is on and stays on even after i had already had it reset,the dome light blows fuses more than it should sometimes 3-4 times a month,the blinkers act funny sometimes and the seat belts hang up and u have to pull on them a few times to get them to release so you can buckle them,the transmission grinds when you put it into reverse,the clutch fan came apart and i had to replace it and most of this happened when i was sitting still i have the recall#'s(n970033--n980043/nhtsa#98v150

Passenger side rear wheel does not line up with front wheel. Passenger side rear wheel is inward approximately 1 to 2 inches. Drivers side rear wheel line up perfectly with the front drivers side wheel looking from front to back and vice versa. I was informed that this problem could be corrected by installing an adjustable panhard bar if i could find one to fit.

Idles rough in neutral, rpm jumps from 1,000 runs high and keeps going to 7,000 rpm i shut it off cause it would stay at 6,000 rpm.. Then shut down it's self and not want start up again i've replace a lot of parts but this is also my 5th motor in this truck...

Tl* the contact owns a 1995 chevrolet s10. While driving 25 mph, the brakes failed to respond and the vehicle crashed into a tree. The anti lock brake system warning light illuminated prior to the failure and the air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed. There were no injuries. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 69,000. Updated 07/28/16*lj

Tl*the contact owns a 1995 chevrolet s10. While driving at 40 mph and preparing to stop, the contact noticed that the anti-lock brakes engaged instead. The stopping distance increased to 150 feet because of the failure. The contact replaced the four wheel drive selector switch himself. The vin was unavailable at the time of the complaint. The failure mileage was approximately 190,000. The current mileage was 190,015.

Tl* the contact owns a 1995 chevrolet s10. While driving at approximately 15 to 20 mph, the contact depressed the brake pedal but to no avail. The brakes would not engage and the contact depressed the brake pedal several times before the vehicle came to a stop. The contact stated the failure would occur intermittently on several occasions. The vehicle had not yet been taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 170,000 and the current mileage was 190,000.

There was a recall on the windshield wipers; however, the vehicle was not included in nhtsa campaign id number 98v150001 (visibility:windshield wiper/washer).
