Please discard PIC4696C. Condition / Concern Delco Theftlock radio is locked and customer does not know the unlock code Recommendations / Instructions General Motors is aware of the Delco Theftlock phone lines being turned off, and is seeking alternative solutions. Currently we are unable to support requests for unlocking these radios.
