Fleetwood Discovery Lxe 2020

• Recall 149356 [USA]: Without the proper securement, the wire harness/plumbing bundle can become damaged, increasing the risk of a fire.
  Rev recreation group (rev) is recalling certain 2020 fleetwood pace arrow lxe, discovery and discovery lxe, and holiday rambler navigator and endeavor motorhomes. The wire harness/plumbing bundle within the slideout raceway may have been improperly wrapped and secured.
  rev will notify owners, and dealers will inspect, repair, reroute and resecure the wire harness/plumbing bundle, free of charge. The recall began january 31, 2020. Owners may contact rev customer service at 1-800-509-3417. Rev's number for this recall is 191126rev.

• Recall 2022082 [Canada]: Lights and instruments
  Issue: certain motorhomes built on a freightliner chassis could have a problem with the rear-mounted power distribution module (pdm). This could cause the tail lights not to work properly. Note: this recall replaces fl-856 (transport canada recall 2020-337). Motorhomes that were repaired under that recall also require this repair. Safety risk: brake lights or turn signals that do not work could cause a following driver not to recognize that a vehicle ahead is braking or intends to turn. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: rev group will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.

  Issue: on certain motorhomes, the tire valve stem extensions for the inner wheels may get damaged by contact with the outer wheels. If this happens, the inner tire could lose air pressure. This could overload the outer tire and cause it to fail. Note: this recall replaces fl-861 (transport canada recall 2020-493). Motorhomes that were repaired under that recall also require this repair. Safety risk: a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: rev group will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a daimler trucks north america (dtna) authorized service facility to remove the inner valve stem extensions.

• Recall 2021406 [Canada]: Fuel supply
  Issue: on certain motorhomes, the fuel rail assembly could develop a leak. Note: this recall only affects motorhomes equipped with a cummins l9 diesel engine. Safety risk: a fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective actions: cummins will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel rail. If damage is found, the fuel rail and fuel lines will be replaced. If no damage is found, the fuel rail will be reassembled with new crush washers using a special tool.

  Issue: on certain motorhomes, the tire valve stem extensions for the inner wheels may get damaged by contact with the outer wheels. If this happens, the inner tire could lose air pressure. Rev group will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a daimler trucks north america (dtna) authorized service facility to inspect and adjust the inner wheel valve stem stabilizers, as needed. The inner valve stems will be replaced, if required.

• Recall 2020337 [Canada]: Lights and instruments
  Issue: certain motorhomes built on a freightliner chassis could have a problem with the rear-mounted power distribution module (pdm). This could cause the tail lights not to work properly. Note: this is an expansion of recall 2018-615. Vehicles that had an inspection, but did not have the pdm replaced under the previous recall, require a second repair under this recall. Safety risk: brake lights, marker lights or turn signals that do not work properly could make the vehicle less visible. They could also cause a following driver not to recognize that a vehicle ahead is braking or intends to turn. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: rev recreation group will notify owners by mail and provide a letter from daimler trucks north america (dtna). This letter will instruct owners to take their motorhome to a dtna authorized service facility to replace the pdm.

• Recall 2019647 [Canada]: Electrical
  Issue: on certain motorhomes, the wiring for the slide-out room may not be wrapped or secured correctly. As a result, when the slide-out extends and retracts, the wiring may get tangled or damaged. This could result in a short circuit. Safety risk: a short circuit could create a fire risk. Corrective actions: the company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to inspect the wire harness and plumbing bundle. The bundle will be secured and rerouted as necessary.
