The vehicle was in motion at the time of failure, in a hilly service area, which placed my driver in a dangerous situation. Many in our industry have experienced this issue and knew it was a defect. Several pleas to the dealership resulted with no help at all this is a clear defect that ford has been aware of, however when i repeatedly appealed to fords customers service department related to the above reference engine issue, i was denied repeatedly and intentionally disconnected on one occasion. It is my belief that fords representatives have been attempting to delay or refuse to pay the engine claim. I have numerous items to attach, however your site will not allow.
