SB-10057811-8569 44848 2011-2015 F-Super Duty- 6. 7L Diesel - Diesel Fuel Conditioning Module (DFCM) Noise With Or Without Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) POOSA Some 2011-2015 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6. 7L diesel engine may exhibit a vibration buzz noise from the DFCM and/or 10\1\1 pressure fuel lines with our without Diagnostic Trouble Code POOSA. Noise from the DFCM is most commonly caused by a restricted primary fuel filter and/or 10\1\1 fuel level. Before diagnosing or replacing the DFCM due to noise or low fuel pressure, the fuel level should be above 1/4 tank and the primary fuel filter should be replaced. If the noise or any DTCs return, follow the appropriate Symptom Chart or Pin Point Test located in the online PC/ED. Fuel filters are maintenance items and are not covered under warranty.
