Tl* the contact owned a 2018 kenworth t880. The contact stated that while driving at 30 mph, he depressed his brake pedal and the brake pedal failed without warning. Due to the failure, the contact veered the vehicle to right off of the road and drove into a ditch. A police report was filed and the contact did not sustain any injuries. The air bags did not deploy upon impact. The vehicle was destroyed due to the accident and was towed to an independent tow yard. Recently, the contact received a recall notification for nhtsa campaign number: 20v199000(electronic stability control, service brakes, air) which he linked to his failure.
