Subaru legacy. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle shuts off and restarts itself and problems with sudden acceleration. *smd the consumer stated ever since he purchased the vehicle, it would shut off and re-start itself after a few seconds. The vehicle also surged forward on its own and would shutter as if it were going to stall. The vehicle has been in the repair shop seven times. Also, the air condition was replace, but it did not resolve the problem.
