These motorhomes are equipped with kidde plastic-handle or push button 'pindicator' fire extinguishers that may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or excessive force may be needed to activate the extinguisher. Additionally, in certain models, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury and also render the product inoperable. Letter to dealer - EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL : This was a letter to our dealers we sent out when we first heard of the kidde fire extinguisher recall, even though it was still unofficial. We knew our coaches on the dealers' lots contained kidde and could not be sold unreplaced.
SB-55 - ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Possibility that the wires connecting the air conditioners to the 120 volt ac load center were not properly installed. If this wiring is not corrected there could be some nuisance tripping of the generator circuit breakers.

Tl* the contact owns a 2018 tiffin allegro red. The contact stated that while driving at 55 mph, the entry door unintentionally opened twice while the bottom latch was locked. The contact also mentioned that the dead bolt attached to the door fractured. The vehicle was taken to general rv center (14000 automall dr, huntley, il 60142 (847) 669-5570) where the vehicle was awaiting diagnosis and repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 14,000.

There is an existing recall for valve stem stabilizer,18v194. However my coach is not listed. I have had two inside flat tires go flat because the stabilizer does not stay in place and allows the valve stem to rub a whole in itself by action against the wheel.

Tl* the contact owns a 2018 tiffin allegro hitched to a freightliner chassis. The contact stated that while driving down an incline, the exhaust brake system activated causing the brake lights to the freightliner chassis to activate. As a result, the brake lights remained activate on the rv as well and the contact was concerned that that they would overheat during the sixteen mile downhill drive. The contact mentioned that only the towed vehicles brake lights should illuminate and that the brakes should only activate when the brake pedal was depressed. The vehicle was taken to freightliner dealer: m & m coach at 5787 mccully st, chino, ca 91710 where they attempted to turn off the brakes lights but failed. The freightliner manufacturer was notified of the failure where they informed the contact that the multiplex system was programmed where the brake lights remain illuminated when the exhaust brake system was activated. The approximate failure mileage was 6,400. No further information was available for the freightliner chassis.
