1999 toyota tundra. Consumer writes in regards to rusted and corroded subframe. *ld the consumer stated the vehicle rusted after having the recall performed. The manufacturer advised the vehicle was out of warranty and would not be repaired twice under the recall. The consumer requested to have the frame repaired. *js
