CONDITION
iTunes Radio is a new feature for iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S, and 5C running iOS 7 or later. This feature
does work with the in-vehicle audio system either via Bluetooth or by USB cable. Details on how to
access this feature are described below.
RECOMMENDATIONS
To use iTunes Radio via the USB cable connect USB cable to USB port and to iPhone ,
audio/navigation system will change to iPod mode. On the navigation/radio screen do the following :
1) Choose Brome
2) Choose Playlists
3) Choose the desired iTunes Radio station
4) Next screen will show 2 tracks "iTunes-Radio-1" and "iTunes-Radio-2". Selecting either one will
begin iTunes Radio .
For navigation type systems , to use iTunes Radio via Bluetooth change to Bluetooth Audio mode on
the navigation screen and do the following :
1) Choose Album Icon
2) Choose Playlists
3) Choose the name of the iTunes Rad io station desired.
In the event where iTunes Radio will not play through the vehicle, confirm that the iPhone has at least
one song on it. Some navigation systems/radios require at least one song on the iPhone to enable
music to be pla~d .
