CONDITION
HVAC drain tube is found to blocked/clogged.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Before the drain tube is cleared of the blockage, use a Borescope to look inside the drain tube to
evaluate the cause of the blockage. Using the Borescope, please take detailed photographs of the
blockage and submit a DPR including the pictures. Also, include photographs of the material after it
has been removed.
