Update HERMES control unit software
Daimler AG (“DAG”), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain MY17
and MY18 CLA-Class (117 platform), GLA-Class (156 platform), GLE-Class (166 platform), SLK-Class
(172 platform), AMG GT (190 platform), C-Class (205 platform), E-Class Coupe (207 platform), E-Class
(213 platform), S-Class Coupe (217 platform), CLS-Class (218 platform), S-Class (222 platform), SLClass (231 platform), B-Class (242 platform), GLC-Class (253 platform), and GLE-Coupe (292 platform)
vehicles, the HERMES control unit software may not meet current series production specifications. An
authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer will update the HERMES control unit software for the affected vehicles.
Prior to performing this Service Campaign:
