Model H3-41, H3-45 coaches Model Year : 2013 - 2017 H3-45 VIP motorhomes Model Year : 2015 VIN Specific vehicles among the following range From 2PCH33499DC712381 up to 2PCH33493HC713774 incl. 2PCVS3497FC712694 2PCG33495EC735590 X3-45 Commuter Model Year : 2014 - 2016 2PCG33498EC735602 and from 4RKG33497F9737001 up to 4RKG33491G9737299 incl. X3-45 coaches Model Year : 2014 - 2017 X3-45 coaches Model Year : 2017 Specific vehicles among the following range From 2PCG33494EC735659 up to 2PCG33490HC736179 incl. This bulletin does not necessarily apply to all the above-mentioned vehicles, some vehicles may have been modified before delivery. The owners of the vehicles affected by this bulletin will be advised by a letter indicating the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of each vehicle concerned. This mandatory cluster software update will raise the primary and secondary air system “low pressure warning” set point. Make an appointment at the nearest Prevost Service Center or Service Provider to have bulletin WB18-15 performed free of charge or using Premium Tech Tool, reprogram MID140 to the latest update available. PROCEDURE DANGER Park vehicle safely, apply parking brake, stop engine. Prior to working on the vehicle, set the ignition switch to the OFF position and trip the main circuit breakers equipped with a trip button. On the Commuter type vehicles, set the battery master switch (master cut-out) to the OFF position. 1. Using Premium Tech Tool, reprogram the instrument cluster (MID140) with the latest update available. 2. Confirm the instruments Program > Update Software screen. We will reimburse you the parts and 3/4 hour(s) (0.75) of labor upon receipt of a warranty claim.
