Content
Issue: Customers are reporting a door rattle from one or more doors.
Cause: Loose fixings are being reported but further detail is required.
Action: Please see the attachments and raise an EPQR that
references which fixing(s) is loose. Recommend torque values for all
fixings are 2Nm +/-0.1Nm.
Fig 1 = Plastic closure plate fixings, situated behind the door card
(fixings 1 - 12).
Fig 2 = Regulator frame fixings (fixings 13 – 17).
