Complaint:
The window lifter cannot be opened or closed.
Cause:
Possible software error in door control unit (N69/x)
Remedy:
A repair software is currently being prepared.
To temporarily rectify the fault in an instance (until the repair software is available), the control unit has to be reset
using XENTRY Diagnostics (XD) on the door control unit (N69/x) in question.
Path in XD: Diagnosis => Control units view => Seats and doors => DCU-XX (N69/x) => Actuations => Start control
