Complaint:
Customer would like to have trailer hitch installed
Cause:
Trailer towing restriction of the 15 passenger Vans
Installation of a trailer hitch is not allowed
Remedy:
Due to the vehicles GCWR it is not possible for 15 passenger 907 Sprinter variants to be equipped with a trailer hitch.
Please advise the customer accordingly
DO NOT install or replace any parts.
NOTE: Vehicles may appear to have E40 (trailer hitch prep.wiring) connector, regardless of the presence of the
connector a trailer hitch cannot be installed.
