Check/test procedure
1. Check the coolant hose (A, figure 2) from the expansion reservoir to the cooler to ensure that the
part number is correct.
The correct part number is A 205 501 47 84 (figure 1)!

b. Part number of the coolant hose OK: End measure.
The findings from the check/test procedure must be recorded in writing in the workshop order
and
then stored in a tamperproof manner!

1. Drain coolant.
For basic data, see AR20.00-P-1142LW.
Collect coolant and store in a suitable container!
2. Remove the expansion reservoir.
For basic data, see AR20.30-P-4950LW.
3. Remove the coolant hose (A, figure 3) from the cooler.
For basic data, see AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ.
4. Replace the coolant hose (A, figure 4).

5. Attach the coolant hose (A, figure 3) to the cooler.

6. Install the expansion reservoir.

7. Fill and correct coolant.

Reuse the collected coolant!
