Sirius XM Radio Is Inop With F122 Missing

XM radio is inop.
Technical Description:
•
The Sirius XM radio icon is available to select on the touchscreen but when
selected XM does not open. During diagnosis the F122 firmware maybe found
missing.
Status:
• This is currently under investigation.
• If diagnosis leads to the replacement of an IMC please submit an EPQR with
contact details to get the parts back via PRR.
Note:
• When a TA or FRED is submitted for a replacement of an IMC, guided diagnostics
must be completed and the results attached to the TA or FRED.
• Guided diagnostics should also be run for all touchscreen issues. If a TA is
submitted, include any pictures or videos that are available duplicating the
complaint.
