Technical Description:

The root cause of the noise is the idler pulley and/or tensioner on the
Supercharger FEAD Belt.
Status:

•
Reference SSMs 74810 and 74811.
Raise an EPQR and include the following:
•
Video or sound file of the noise.
•
Photographs that detail any evidence of contamination of the pulley
and the origin of the contamination.
•
Service history from the vehicle.
