Steering wheel heater and/or Distronic cannot be activated.
Cause:
Compatibility between steering wheel control panel and steering wheel electronics
Remedy:
Please do not replace any parts.
Please create a PTSS case.
For processing purposes quick test and a control unit log from the steering wheel electronics control unit ("N 135 Steering wheel electronics (LRE)") is required.
A detailed description of the malfunction and a date or event when the problem occurred for the first time is also required.
