Model 907 Model Year 2019-2020
Replace Noise Emissions Information Label
Mercedes-Benz AG (“MBAG”), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner Sprinter vans,
has determined that the noise-emission information label located on the driver seat frame may not have
been affixed in certain Sprinter vehicles. An authorized Mercedes-Benz or Freightliner Sprinter dealer will
check the affected vehicles whether the noise emission information label is affixed, and apply the label if
necessary. When ordering the information label, the related vehicle identification number must be included
with the order.

Please check VMI to determine if the vehicle is involved in the Campaign and if it has been previously
repaired.

Please review the entire Service Campaign bulletin and follow the repair procedure exactly as
described.
Approximately 992 vehicles are affected.
