Measure
1) Carry out TPI 2051562/- (12 Volt - Battery condition checks) to completion ensuring the following are also conducted as per TPI 2051562/•
Referring To ElsaPro Rep.Gr 27 - Carry out the Battery quiescent drain - Manual check
•
Referring To ElsaPro Rep.Gr 27 - Carry out the Battery quiescent drain - History data check
•
Referring To ElsaPro Rep.Gr 27 - Confirm the Alternator charge ratings are to specification
2) Raise a new DISS query or respond via a previously open DISS query
NOTE: Await feedback before conducting any further work including any wiring integrity checks
Warranty accounting instructions
Warranty claims submitted without DISS authorisation will be cancelled, in cases where DIP failure has been caused by poor battery maintenance
only the repair is not covered by warranty
