Inductive charging of iPhone 12 may be poor or not possible at all.
Cause
Introduction of the MagSafe functionality with the Apple iPhone 12 has resulted in issues with inductive charging. The
magnet which is used for positioning the smartphone on the charging device is detected as a foreign object.
Remedy
Perform software update of Mobile phone cradle for driver's side (N123/8) and if equipped, Mobile phone cradle for rear passenger compartment (N123/11). Ensure that an XENTRY Diagnosis machine on 06/21 software (or newer) with
all available Addons installed is used for the update.
