New Electric Power Steering (EPS) Control Unit
for DTC C2532
INTRODUCTION
If you receive a customer concern of the EPS warning light coming on and diagnostics show a DTC
C2532 stored in memory, a new EPS control unit is now available to address this code. There may
also be a customer concern of increased steering effort along with the EPS warning light coming on.
COUNTERMEASURE IN PRODUCTION
The new EPS control module was incorporated into production during November, 2013 starting with

SERVICE PROCEDURE / INFORMATION
Once you verify the EPS light illuminating and a DTC C2532 “ECU Failure 2” is is current or
stored in memory, replace the EPS control module with a new part from the table above. Follow the
installation procedure outlined in the applicable Service Manual.
