PURPOSE
This TSB provides correction to the procedures for the Lower Arm Bushing Replacement in the
Front Suspension section of the Service Manual.

2. Use the following special tools to locate the front suspension
lower arm bushing protrusion as shown in the figure.
Press-fit the special tool until it reaches the lower arm
assembly.

Be careful not to press-fit the lower arm bushing too
deeply. If the bushing is press-fitted until the special tool
arm bushing remover and installer (MB992119) contacts
with the lower arm assembly, it is excessive.
2. Use the following special tools to make the front suspension
lower arm bushing protrusion is in the direction shown in the
figure, and press-fit the bushing so that the clearance (A)
between the lower arm assembly and the bushing is within
the reference value.
Reference value (A): 8.3 ± 1.0 mm (0.33 ± 0.04 inch)
