The contact owns a 2015 mitsubishi outlander. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle hesitated while depressing the accelerator pedal with an unknown transmission message displayed on the instrument panel. The vehicle had yet to be diagnosed or serviced for the failure. The manufacturer had been notified of the failure and informed that contact that there were no open recalls on the vin. The contact was informed that if the vehicle was still under warranty a representative would provide a callback. Upon investigation, the contact linked the failure to nhtsa campaign number: 16v563000 (power train). The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 150,600.

My car has a major problem with acceleration hesitation in transmisson that has almost caused several accidents. Also whenever i ride down the road and hit the minute bump my steering jerk really bad and it happens on both sides causing me to jerk steering wheel almost run off the road several times.

My transmission doesn't go into gear right away and doesn't drive right in automatic. If i switch it to manual and only go up to 5th gear it shifts fine. There was a transmission recall for same year make and model as mine. Those recalls happened around 80,000 miles. I have 84,000. I was previously told i needed either a fuel tank or fuel injectors, never got it diagnosed. My gas gauge reads full all the time even when i dont have gas.

The car when speeding it always like crashes since new . When you accelerate it doesn't go right away . Also the brakes get rusted right away so it makes sound. Also the air heater or ac are always working even when its off.
