This column spotlights a different high scoring CSI dealer every quarter. PICTURED (l-r): Leo Beer (Service Mgr), Brian O'Donnell (Dealer Principal). NOT PICTURED: Ed Moeller,(Master Technician), Caleb Dean(Technician) Striving for excellence. This phrase describes the Service December, 2012 team's goal when they walk into the building each day. 3-MONTH CSI SCORES Valley Mitsubishi in Medina OH, is under the ownership of Brian O'Donnell, a dealer with 34 years of automotive Valley National industry experience. The business is family operated, CSI SCORE 934 1,000 with the overall goal of providing “better deals” and forging longlasting relationships with their new and ...how likely are you to 942 996 used car customers. recommend this deal ership for service. Service Manager Leo Beer has been in the automotive industry for eight years. He's a true gear head who enjoys racing anything he can get his hands on. Valley's shop is small, and he is also the service adviser and manages the parts department. Leo and his team pride themselves in the job being completed correctly the first time, and know that time is a commodity for their customers. They understand that actually listening to what a customer says about their vehicle is a primary step for great service, and a key piece to the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. They are eager to please and make follow-up phone calls to customers after repairs are complete to make sure everything went as the customer expected. The team strongly advocates providing information to customers about future maintenance and repairs, as well as having a policy of “no forced selling” (they let the customers make their own decisions). With Leo, the customer is always the first priority, as the Service Team provides prompt service and easy appointments along with the most important detail: accurate repairs. The technical team is comprised of two technicians: Ed Moeller and Caleb Dean. Ed is an experienced, detail oriented, Mitsubishi Master Technician with 19 years of experience with the brand. His attention to detail is his strong suit, which helps with his hobby of building model trains and railroad layouts. Caleb is a capable, talented technician, with 5 years of experience with Mitsubishi. In his spare time, he's a musician and also has a detail oriented hobby in building aquariums. According to Leo, “Our Customer Satisfaction Index is not just a number that we receive monthly, but a testament to how we provide service to our many customers every day. The CSI score confirms to our team that we are communicating with our customers properly and efficiently. This is the “guide map” so to say, for our service team.” He goes on to say that their score would not be possible without their customers. “Our customers never cease to amaze us when they grace us with a warm smile, a friendly introduction, or a friendly conversation even on cold, wintery days.” At Valley Mitsubishi, striving for excellence is not just a saying or a goal, it's what they do, day in, day out. It's an attitude. Congratulations to Brian, Leo and their team for a great job satisfying customers. 2 TT Technical Training Schedule March — April, 2013 Mobile Training does not appear on these calendars.
