Heat gauge is faulty and it will blow hot heat only out of driver side vents and blows cold out of the rest of the vents. Heat gauge says its running fine but it is really overheating to the boiling point. The emergency brake had to be activated in order to stop the vehicle. Also, the contact heard an abnormal noise from the driver side of the instrument panel when the brakes were applied. The dealer stated that the hydraulic booster system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and informed the contact that the vehicle was previously remedied according to nhtsa campaign number: 01v254001 (service brakes, hydraulic). The 4h light came on and the anti lock brake light came on. I called the warranty company and i was sent to a mechanic who removed all the electric connectors and pronounced the car fixed. 2 days later the a/t temp light came on again i was sent to a transmission specialist who changed the transmission 2 weeks later the light is on again anytime i drive more that 40 miles. *tr

The seat belt was able to latch after the accident. The contact sustained back and neck injuries along with loss of movement to the hand. During the accident, the contact's knee hit the steering column because of the seat belt failure. Dt: the contact states the brakes had less than 8,000 miles on them before they needed to be changed, and were changed in may 2005. Currently, need new front brakes . The dealer and mitsubishi pointed the finger at each other. The brakes were making a squeaking/grinding noise.*ak
