Subject: Micro Minnie Outrigger
Concern:
Winnebago has come to the realization that some Micro Minnie models may experience a flex on the outside edge of
the floor and off door sidewall. As a result, the single outrigger support behind the wheel well may become deformed
and/or the exterior structure will become compressed at this point.
Repair Procedure:
The repair procedure will include additional outriggers and a steel shim. Equipment needed will be a floor
jack, impact gun with 3/8” socket, 3/8” wrench, 3/8”x1” self-tapping screws, and 3/8”x1” bolts with a lock
nuts.

Instructions:
1. Place jack next to current outrigger behind wheel well and raise just enough to relieve pressure off the
outrigger.
2. Remove outrigger bolt running vertically into the sidewall.
3. Raise jack just high enough to allow room for the ¼” shim to slide freely above the outrigger.
4. Install additional outrigger into the frame rail using self-tapping screws next to the current outrigger so
that the side face plates rest against each other, and the tops are flush.
5. Join the 2 outriggers together using bolts and lock nuts.
6. Place the steel shim on top of the joined outriggers and lower the jack.
7. Repeat steps for opposite sidewall.
