Service
When a new VIN plate or B-Pillar Safety Certification label is required:
1. Save all VIN plates and/or B-Pillar Safety Certification labels removed from the vehicle until the new VIN plate
or label arrives.
2. Visit Access Audi at www.accessaudi.com and select “App Links” from the upper ribbon.
a. Choose from either the Parts menu or the Service menu, then select the Compliance Label Ordering
Portal.
b. Enter the VIN into Quick VIN Order of the VIN-Specific Items tab of the Order form.
c. Select the desired label.

d. When requested, enter the weight information from the original B-Pillar Safety Certification label. This
information will be required to complete the web-based form.
3. The completed web-based form will be electronically routed to the Compliance Label Coordinator for approval.
a. The compliance Label Coordinator will take the necessary steps to fulfill the request.
b. Once the VIN plate and/or Safety Certification label is received from Audi AG, the Compliance Label
Coordinator will provide the label to the dealership.
