2014 RAM 1500 with 50867.0 miles
Primary compliant is that airbag sensor indicated that the airbag is not functioning properly. Technician notes: airbag light is on; be body electrical concern. Found code B0028-13 and found open circuit on seat back airbag harness during wiggle test, replace harness to correct concern. After repairs code went stored and cleared. Now, i just purchased this vehicle new from grapevine dodge chrysler jeep january 2015, this vehicle is on a regular maintenance plan and has not been involved in any major accidents. Therefore, if the wiring is found faulty i believe this is a manufactures problem. Total out of pocket cost totaled $350.17 plus tax. I reached out to chrysler care and submitted documentation and receipt for reimbursement and i have been informed that airbags are not covered by warranty. Concerned that manufacture received information stating airbag not functioning and they are not taking responsibility to repair and correct.

2013 NISSAN ALTIMA with 112000. miles
Airbag sign came on at millage 112000 all of a sudden and the passenger occupancy sensor turn off and on intermittently while vehicle is in motion. Mechanic are recommending to replace airbag module which might cost couple of thousand dollars. Please help me! The diagnostic code says B0028-13

2013 NISSAN ALTIMA with 110000. miles
The airbag sign came (code B0028) on at 110000 miles although i haven't been on any accidents for last 12000 miles. When i checked with dealers, they said airbag control module is malfunctioning and need to replace that with right side passenger airbag wires and might cost 2000 or more dollars. I am an international student and it's hard for me to arrange that much money. Please help me, as i have come to know that this is a common problem in Nissan vehicles. The airbag sign comes back after clearing the code if someone sits in the passenger side. Thank you for reading my request.

2013 NISSAN ALTIMA with 115000. miles
Hi, i am an owner of a Nissan Altima 2013 s vehicle. Recently i noticed that airbag light came on and i took it to the dealership. Dealership diagnosed with B0028-13 and said it was a past code and cleared the code. It came back on again while i was driving after a month. I again diagnosed and the same code and showing a past code. Dealer couldn't identify the problem and said it needs to replace the whole seat, which will cost 1800 dollars. They said the airbag control module for the passenger side needs to be changed. And i noticed one thing, after code is getting cleared, the airbag warning light doesn't come all of a suddenly, although it has some problem with passenger occupancy too, as sometime even if an adult sit in the front passenger seat, passenger airbag stays off. Which is very risky while driving. Nissan has no answer to that. And right after that, airbag warning light comes back. I am a student and don't have that much of money to get this costly repair ( seat replacement) done and is a big safety issue. Please help me in this matter.

2011 FORD FUSION HYBRID
Takata recall campaign number 19s01. In response to recall-vehilce was repaired by hammonahasset Ford, madison, ct. On the way back home after picking up the vehicle from the recall the air bag light illuminated. Also noticed that glove box was not aligned correctly and the dashboard compartment was not aligned as well. The dashboard was also not re-installed correctly .A second appointment was made and the service department advised that the vehicle was reporting code B0028. I was advised that i needed to pay a $200 fee to have the compute checked to determine the issue. The dealer was advised that there was no issue with the airbag light when the vehicle was brought in for the recall and they denied to correct the situation claiming that the code was not associated with the airbag recall. I researched the code and it came back to a faulty passenger airbag or wiring issue. A complaint was also filed with Ford with no return response. It appears that this is not just a coincidence as the error code is related to the passenger srs. Now no one can sit safely in the right front and right rear passenger side of the vehicle as the entire right side srs is disabled. No response from dealer to date and second call made to Ford headquarters.
