We just got our 2021 palisade and we love it other than the wireless carplay. When we have it connected it will randomly stop playing music or whatever its doing and an error will come up on the screen and say something along the lines of phone is not responding. I cant pinpoint what causes it but using google maps tends to make it happen more often. But it will still do it 4-5 times in a 20 minute trip. I am using the iphone xr with ios 14.1. I tried with an andriod and the same thing happens. It's not the phone it's something with the software in the unit. This is an extreme safety problem in a big city that you have to have maps.

2012 genesis r-spec: bluetooth "unpairs" or disconnects from my cellphone and refuses to allow me to reconnect. This takes my attention off the road while i fiddle with it to no avail. The agency will reconnect it to my phone but the connection disappears within 2 days. I'm concerned for my safety and that of others while i try to reconnected or "pair" my cellphone. *tr

I had a problem with my transmission jumping lurching downshifting.. So i thought ok?? I was at a coffee shop in line and i had my foot on the break the car lurched forward into the other persons car.. So i was thinking this is not right.. Then i had gotten an urgent recall in the mail. T53 was the recall so i called the dealer asking what is the nature of the recall? They said it was some kind of computer thing to reset.. Very non specific about it. Funny when i had gotten my car back the transmission was smooth as butter the jerking stopped seems to be running fine.. I have 2000. Miles on it when i brought it in.. Also they did not tell me that when they sold me the car there was a 2,000.00 rebate. So i thought that was kind of shady.. They put in but looked like to their advantage? *tr
