Subaru. Consumer writes in regards to dealership not offering loaner vehicles while repairing airbag safety recall. *ld *js

Cpsc: every time i have had to use subaru's loaner car service they give you their latest model cars to use while your car is being serviced if it takes more than a day. When i first had to use a loaner car, i drove it as i do with my current 3rd generation, 2010 model forester, but i ended up cutting my finger on this piece of plastic they added to the redesigned steering wheel. I did complain to the service representatives about it, but i don't think it made much of a concern for them. The next few time i had more loaners all different models but still newer cars they all had me in the same situation were my finger would get scraped or cut but that obnoxious piece of plastic. The vehicle control device such as the steering wheel should absolutely not have any types of hazards on it. *dt the consumer stated the horn was very big and obtrusive. The steering does not have access to siri to be hands free.*js*jb

Consumer writes in regards to vehicle acceleration / deceleration issues. Consumer seeks vehicle reimbursement. *ld the consumer stated the vehicle delays after slowing down in speed almost to a stop. Upon pressing the accelerator to increase speed, nothing happens for 2-3 seconds. The vehicle would delay when slowing down in traffic. The consumer was offered 20,000 to buy the vehicle back the consumer requested the full amount the vehicle was aid for. *js

2008 subaru impreza. Consumer writes in regards to replacement part not available to repair front passenger air bag recall notice. *smd the consumer stated 8 months passed and the air bag had not been replaced. Updated 3/24/2017 *js

Subaru crosstrek. Consumer writes in regards to navigation system updates. *smd the consumer stated the dealer informed her, she would be offered updates to the navigation system every year. To date, she has not been offered an update. The navigation system, was giving the consumer incorrect information. The dealer reset the navigation system. *jb
