Chassis Affected
T680/T880, T800, W900, T660, T440/T470, and T170/T270/T370 vehicles built from 4/21/2014 through 8/01/2017 with Dana
D2000/D2200/D1600, Meritor MFS 20/MFS 22, or FL941 steer axles equipped with ConMet PreSet Plus Hubs.
Action
FIX-AS-FAIL
If a customer comes into your dealership and demonstrates the condition above, replace the hubcap plug. Use the procedure
below.

Warranty
Through Standard Warranty (excludes Extended Warranty) Kenworth will pay for parts at dealer net plus applicable mark-up
and labor:
0.3 hours labor to R&R 2 hubcap plugs. Use Quick Claim code 18-008.
File an additional claim for extraordinary circumstances. A quick claim for standard labor must be filed first.
