Bulletin No.: PIT5336 Date: Oct-2014 Subject: SES Lamp O2 Sensor Or Purge Solenoid Valve DTCs And/Or Emission 1 Fuse Open Models: 2013-2015 Buick Enclave 2013-2015 Chevrolet Traverse 2013-2015 GMC Acadia with 3.6L Engine (RPO LLT) The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI. Condition/Concern A technician may find the SES lamp on with one or more of the following DTCs: P0030 P0031 P0032 P0036 P0037 P0038 P0050 P0051 P0052 P0053 P0054 P0056 P0057 P0058 P0059 P0060 P0131 P0132 P0134 P0137 P0138 P0140 P0151 P0052 P0154 P0157 P0158 P0160 P0443 P0049. Upon inspection, they may also find that the Emission 1 Fuse is open Recommendation/Instructions If the Emission 1 Fuse is open and/or an O2 Sensor or Purge Solenoid Valve code(s) has set, inspect the engine harness to the Bank 1 O2 sensor for chafing on the A/C hose coupling/connection at the back side of the engine. Reference attached photo for location: Repair the damaged circuits and insulate the harness. Pull the harness away from the A/C hose coupling and tie strap it to the main harness. Warranty Information For wiring repairs covered under warranty, please refer to latest version of bulletin 10-00-89-005 for warranty information on wire/connector repairs. Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step.
