Technical Background
Models equipped with a basic composition color infotainment system may exhibit:

When the voice command button is pressed nothing happens.

Radio is muted.
Service
This is a normal function of the composition color infotainment system and parts should not be replaced. These
vehicles can be identified by the number of buttons on the display, 6 buttons, as well as the PR code.
The PR code will generally state “MIB II, Entry” or “i6w”. If the vehicle is so equipped, please coach the customer on
the operation of the system.
