Possible leak at the coolant line. Check below air filter (A1775010603), see example image
Remedy
Before replacing the line, upload images of the leak to a PTSS case and escalate.

Power generation > Engine cooling system > Function > Coolant level too low
Power generation > Engine cooling system > Indicator lamp > Illuminates yellow
Power generation > Engine cooling system > Display message > Coolant - Serviced Required
