Solution
The information below should be reviewed prior to DEF dosing valve replacement for codes including P202D00,
P208E00, and P103B00, as well as reported symptoms of crystal buildup, clogged tip, or leaking valve.
Testing of returned dosing valves has resulted in no fault found.
A DEF dosing valve should only be replaced if a reduced flow rate is observed during a DEF dosing test.
If a dosing valve is being replaced and returned for warranty, the results of the dosing test confirming reduced flow rate
must be properly documented and submitted with the warranty claim.
Returned dosing valves will be tested and compared to documented results. Valves found to be within specifications
may result in denial of the warranty claim.

