Tl* the contact owns a 2009 ford e-250. The contact purchased the vehicle in may and it is used occasionally. On january 29th the contact drove the vehicle. She states after the driving the vehicle, the motor was left running. The vehicle began to take off on its own. The contact states the gentlemen in the vehicle tried to stop the vehicle but it began to pick up speed. She stated that while the vehicle was backing up there were no lights indicating the vehicle was backing up. She stated that the vehicle shot forward and the reverse lights came on. The contact stated the gentlemen in the vehicle had to turn the key in order for the vehicle to stop. She stated that the van crashed into the loading dock. There was $3,000 in damages, there were no injuries. The contact stated she contacted the manufacturer and the representatives were very rude to her and did not believe her story.
