The platform side plate of the affected wheelchair lifts may crack. Additionally, the lifts are equipped with folding link arms that may have pivot holes that are too big, allowing the bearings to move out of position.

• Recall 104829 [USA]: A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
  Roush performance products, inc. (roush) is recalling certain model year 2010-2012 ford e-150 wagons and cargo vans, e-250 cargo vans and extended cargo vans, e-350 wagons, extended wagons, cargo vans, and extended vans, and e-450 cutaway models. These models were modified by roush to be equipped with certain propane fuel system conversion kits manufactured january 2011 to august 2012 with an aluminum fuel line fitting. Due to a reaction between the different metals, the affected kits may develop a propane leak where the aluminum fuel line fitting contacts the brass supply valve housing.

• Recall 97485 [USA]: If the cable does not clear the wheel chair lift it may contact the power lug and, if it does not have a nonconductive cover, or it has an improperly installed non-conductive cover, a short circuit may occur that could result in a fire.

  On certain vehicles, the factory-installed michelin ltx lt225/75r16 tires may experience tread belt edge separation from the tire. This would result in ride vibration or irregular wear, and could lead to a loss of tread or rapid loss of air pressure. Tire failure could cause the driver to lose vehicle control, which may result in a crash. Also, during tire failure, rapid deterioration can produce debris. These issues could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: retailers will replace affected tires.

When i am driving in my truck , many times , with the windows up , i can smell exhaust in my cab . Many times on the highway , whether the windows are up or don , when i accelerate , strong fumes enter my cab area . This situation always happens and continues to happen !!

Spark plug was pushed out of the cylinder head by cylinder compression resulting in power loss and fire concern. These are factory installed spark plugs and have never been serviced. The condition occurred after a 200 mile trip. This vehicle has 95k miles and has been routinely serviced.

Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford e-250. The contact stated that while driving at about 50 mph, the front end of the vehicle vibrated violently. The failure recurred. The randall reeds park cities dealer in ford, dallas was contacted at phone number: 214-358-8800, but the dealer did not return the call. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 49,900.

The death wobble occurs when you hit a bump in the road large or small . I have been replacing everything on the front end . Just rotated tires going to see if that works

Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford e-250. The contact stated that the electrical wires melted on his vehicle. There were no warning indicators illuminated before or after the failure. The vehicle was taken to tony betten & son's ford inc (3839 plainfield ave ne in grand rapids, mi) where it was diagnosed that the electrical wire harness and blower switch failed. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 110,000.

Brakes locked up and would not release nor slow the vehicle resulting in crash. *tr

Tl*the driver owns a 2010 ford e-250. While driving approximately 15 mph the driver attempted to apply the brakes but the pedal would not engage. The vehicle then surged forward until it crashed. The contact was unaware if a police report was filed or not. There were no injuries. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer where the failure was not diagnosed when the complaint was filed. The failure and current mileages were unavailable.
