Cause
Error Code 126 may be displayed in PTT while trying to perform the Calibration
procedure after the Shift Control Housing has been removed and installed.
Solution
If the Volvo Chassis - I-Shift - Shift control housing has been removed and installed and
during the Calibration procedure - GRADE-X ERROR - Message screen
appears with Code 126 displayed with R1AAA - Calibration of Clutch Stroke
R1AAB - Calibration of Split Cylinder
R1AAC - Calibration of Main box Cylinders
R1AAD - Calibration of Range Cylinder
R1AAE - Calibration of Clutch Cylinder Stroke
R1AAF - Calibration of Clutch Cylinder Slip Point
R1AJS - Calibration of Cylinder Sleeve Ultra Low Crawler ( ULC )
listed in the Detailed Information as seen here indicates that a shift fork position was
possibly missed during the Shift Control Housing installation.
