Solution For customer requests to have the Allison Transmission 6th speed enabled in a Mack Chassis 1. A completed Vehicle Owner Acknowledgement and Release form must be completed. - The form can be found at the end of Allison Letter SIL19-TR-08. 2. The completed form should be submitted to the dealership's Mack District Service Manager (DSM). - The request will need to be reviewed by Mack for applicability prior to approval.
