SERVICE INFORMATION
Warranty information received by Infiniti for repairs that are performed at the dealer level provides valuable
information for improving vehicle quality.
Infiniti is requesting your assistance in standardizing information related to harness repair and replacement.
When submitting a Warranty Claim for repairs involving electrical wires, harnesses, or connectors, record the
information listed below prominently on the repair order; and as the first information on the warranty
claim “Tech Comment Verbatim” line:

1. Part Number of the wire harness that was
replaced.
