I have taken my car to the dealer on 3 occasions because i can feel a very rough jerk when the transmission shifts at speeds between 30 and 45 mph and/or again at 50-65 mph. I am about to make a 4th appointment for the same problem. The service dates are 9/29/03 odometer = 35831; 3/27/04 odometer = 43206; 5/29/04 odometer = 45826. Currently odometer = 53991. Each time the repair, which was under warranty, involved a software download. On 5-29-04, the sop cruise switch was replaced. This still has not fixed the problem. Now i am very concerned because the warranty will soon expire and i will either have to start paying for the repair or buy a new car sooner than i had planned. I like both the car and the dealer. I just want to get the problem resolved. *nm
